Whats a Visa On Arrival (VOA)
A Visa on Arrival (VOA) is valid for 30 days and can be extended once. This allows you to stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days, after which you will be required to leave the country.
When you first enter Indonesia with no valid visa, there are 2 options available at the airport;
- A free 30-day Visa on Arrival – This visa cannot be extended
- A paid 30-day Visa on Arrival – This visa can be extended
The visa extension process must be started no later than 7 working days prior to the expiration date of your current visa.
For VOA extensions, we require the following to be brought to our office;
- A copy of your return flight ticket
- Your original passport
The process takes between 7 and 10 working days and costs IDR 900k. The extension validity is 30 days.
Part of the visa extension process requires that you visit the immigration office in Jimbaran. Once the immigration office has issued the schedule, we can arrange the extension directly with you. Usually, the schedule will be issued on day 5 or 6 after we have submitted the passport to the immigration office.
You can drop off the passport and copy of return flight ticket at our office during business hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We are in Seminyak Jalan Drupadi 1 No. 20.
