Requirements
- Scanned copies of the applicant’s passport and both parents’ passports
- School report from the applicant’s previous school
- Statement letter from the new school
- Medical report or health certificate for the student
- A recent color photo for documentation
- Current address in Bali
For the Onshore Process, additionally, you will need to provide:
- A photo of the current visa
- Scanned copy of the parent’s stay permit
